• Had to help clean out right of ways removing trees with chain saws or back hoe, As well as manually removing debris by hand.

• Transport piping any where from 6inch to 48 inch gas pipe as well as unloading and stacking out pipe for welders any where from 1/4 mile to 5 miles.
• Using air hammers and chisels to remove rock for the right of way by hand due to other lines being nearby.
• Had to work well with other employees and departments in order to get the job done

Was Responsible for the return of waste from derricks, insuring that tanks did not over flow and oil was separated and sent for processing.

Helped to set up drill site as well as lines and manifolds for flow back.

Monitored site for leaks and if any where found repaired them.

Also did truck rig up for transport of equipment.

Was responsible for picking up hands for shift as well as taking them home. Also made sure that maintenance and repairs where done on transport truck, as well as picking up, delivering and returning service equipment.

Ran hydro vac trucks and cleaned out storage tanks for transport to new drill site

Was required to work long shifts averaging 118 hours a week as well as drive to distant locations sometimes in Colorado over a 2 hour drive alone.

• Was responsible for all the plumbing for treaters, separators and dehydrators. Installed all kimray valves and balon valves insuring that they operated appropriately and where in line with the flow of gas or oil depending on unit.
• Had to read blueprints and build my gas ,water or oil lines accordingly. Cutting pipping to fit and insuring they where the proper schedule.
• I was trained to properly use equipment on site such as a chop saw, pipe threader, tap and dye, a standard fork lift to a hyster 280 which lift capability was 18 tons, operating a scissor lift, man lift, and over head cranes with weight ratings of 15 tons to 36 tons as well as using the appropriate rigging to ensure equipment was not damaged and handled correctly.
• I was responsible for doing low pressure as well as high pressure tests on units. Tests where as low as 100 pds but went as high as 10000. Also had to insure that all air was removed to insure the most accurate test.
• Was responsible for minor welds for brackets.
• I helped out sand blast department as well as the paint having to put on a full has mat suit with a breather in order to perform my tasks accordingly painting or resurfacing the interior old treater
• Was responsible for field gas tests to insure that burners and valves operated accordingly before being sent to the field.
• Also performed proper torquing procedures on treater heads starting at 500 pds and ending at 2300ft pds of torque
