Oversaw daily operations across 42 communities and 20+ single lots, After being a Territory Field Manager for Quan for 2 years and 3 months and winning manager of the year in 2022 I got promoted to an ,Area Manager of the Concord NC location overseeing 63 field employees and 7 managers. My job duties are:
● Train Field Managers to help prioritize and organize daily tasks.
● Train new assistant managers and TFM's.
● Coach and oversee Territory Field Managers on a daily basis regarding execution, building schedules, time management, walking jobs, and ensuring they have the support in the field to make their day-to-day activities in their communities run smoothly.
● Provide coverage for Field Managers for PTO/sick days and when their schedule is overloaded.
● Support Territory Field and Assistant Managers, along with field employees, with professional growth and confidence.
● Provide input on annual performance reviews for Field Managers, Assistant Managers, and field personnel.
● Responsible for putting meetings together for our managers to present in our field crew meetings.
● Responsible for hiring, firing, and promoting.
● Responsible for the crew board and daily placement of field employees on trucks to keep each truck running smoothly, and responsible for the time-off calendar.
● Responsible for enforcing company policies and issuing and coaching through corrective actions.
● Oversee day-to-day field operations over 42 communities and 20+ single lots.
● Responsible for holding monthly meetings with my management team.
● Build assistant managers' schedules.
● Oversee the inspection report, make cover assignments, and work with the scheduling team for smooth execution and adherence to company policies.
