Since earning my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Arkansas State University in 2012, I have been driven by a passion for helping individuals and families overcome adversity. My professional journey began with the Division of Children and Family Services, where I assisted families in creating safety plans and accessing critical resources to prevent state intervention. Motivated by a desire to address systemic challenges, I transitioned to a role at the Greene County Sheriff's Department, where I worked closely with repeat offenders to inspire personal growth and transformative change. In 2016, I joined FCC Behavioral Health's Kennett Adult Thrive Program, where I have served as the only male Care Coordinator. This role has afforded me the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex cases and provide impactful client outcomes.
I take immense pride in working with clients who are navigating the most challenging situations, offering compassionate guidance to help them move through crises and find paths toward stability and recovery. Although travel from Cherokee Village to Kennett presented challenges that caused a pause in my employment, I have always found my way back to FCC Behavioral Health. Now residing in Paragould, Arkansas, I am positioned for a long-term and meaningful journey toward retirement with FCC. With only seven weeks remaining in my Master's program, I am proud to maintain a 4.0 GPA and hold memberships in Alpha Chi, the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), and the National Honor Society of Collegiate Scholars. Through continued growth and dedication, I look forward to advancing behavioral health solutions that foster recovery, equity, and resilience.
