-Ensured medical data quality and accuracy for 800+ student athletes within Pac-12 Student Athlete Health & Wellbeing Initiative.

-Supported various Pac-12 SAHWBI research projects through data collection and trasnciption (Pac-12/CDC Covid-19 Study, Pac-12 Health/Race Equity Project)

-Navigated sports medicine department through two separate EMR transfers, ensuring all data transferred smoothly and that all workflow needs were met in new system (Presagia, Kitman, Smartabase)

-Trained incoming athletic training staff on how to use Pac-12 Research EMR

-Implemented new data collection practices and procotols at direction of Pac-12 conference

-Assisted with various other Sports Medicine duties, including drug testing, COVID testing, Mass Physical Day Operations, SAC/BESS Testing, imPACT Testing

-Set up court pre-game, including stocking player hydration carts, allocating towels and medical supplies, filling hydroculators, off-loading and organizing visiting team gear

-Assist players and staff with on-court workouts by rebounding and passing

-Maintain organization of player gear, towels, rehab supplies, drinks, etc. to give to players when needed

-Assisting with other Golden State events as needed (March Madness, G-League, GSW Family Day)

-Oversaw testing lab operations for Cal Athletics Student Athlete Testing Lab

-Maintained testing lab supplies, including, test tubes, pipettes, gloves, testing supplies

-Coordinated team collection by communicating with coaches during team testing slots

-Assisted with test processing and reporting to state
