Accomplishments

LiteOn manufactured computer monitors with the IBM logo for IBM. A serious complaint was lodged against am IBM monitor. the complaint rose to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission; a federal agency that protects the public.

I was selected by IBM and LiteOn to represent IBM in this complaint. The task required multiple trips to LiteOn Taipei Engineering;hours searching tens of thousands of the affected serial number(s) affected. Periodic reviews with IBM legal ensued.

My final written response and reviewed approved by the US CPSC, complaint was rescinded, response document was posted on the US CPSC web site.
