Coming from extensive solar/construction background I was able to build the most efficient and highest producing teams in the branch in under 1 month. By setting a fast pace standard I was noticed by management as a good leader and was offered opportunity to move into EM position at Corona branch. My tenure as Foreperson for SUNRUN was short.

Installed MPU and solar for 2 companies in Irvine and Redlands area and the business relationship with my partners were not working out so I decided to move to SUNRUN and chase a career with a large company for stability and to learn more about new products.
