  • Provided statistical analysis on safety records for LTIR programs as well as managing PEC premier and ISNetworld.

  • Knowledgeable in coil tubing operations completing both drilling with coil tubing and paraffin clean out runs, FRAC, flow back, perforation and testing operations with 7 years of hands on experience in the Whitney canyon and on the Mesa in Wyoming's H2S wells.
  • Supervise tank battery installations to ensure that the installation meets regulatory and customer expectations.
  • Snubbing safety advisor with 8 years of experience with well operations such as work over rig operations.
  • Knowledgeable with drilling rig components and down hole operations as well as completion operations with 18 years of experience on the rigs.
  • 5 years of pipeline installation and assuring that the x-ray procedures were followed. Assigned as a safety supervisor to run pigs down pipelines and oversee lock out tag out procedures for new tie ins to compressor stations and line heaters.
  • Experience with supervising Gas plant turnaround operations, and new tie-ins.
  • Completed training on gas detection monitors (Otis, Detcon, and Industrial Scientific). Instrument tech on all monitors mentioned.

  • Managed all accident investigations through SCAT and TAP ROOT analysis programs and reported to the corporation upper management team.

HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT MANAGERIAL

  • Establish paperless safety and HR compliance. Manage all ISN and Veriforce online verifications as well as create KPA forms.
  • Implement the GHS system for both offices and field operations.
  • Write safety policies and SOP’s and manage all ISN documentation, field safety inspections, schedule required training for employees and manage all policy requirements. Manage all aspects of HR utilizing Paycom system.
  • I was responsible for writing and implementing the company safety policy, managing the workman's comp, DISA program and longshoreman's regulatory programs, and assisting with steps to secure MSA’s.

  • Implemented VPP to manage EMR rates for various companies. The last going from a 2.40 to a .070 in less than three years.
  • Coached personnel on pre-operation JSA review and hazard identification.
  • Completed electrical apprenticeship hands on training to understand the NEC code to qualify and become an instrument tech on gas sensors to be installed in Kazakhstan on both drilling rigs and gas plants.
  • Implement and write SOP’s, corporate policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assigned as a safety supervisor to numerous gas plant turnaround operations assuring that all third-party companies comply with the procedures. Oversee all hot work and confined space permitting.
  • Recipient of the 2015 Chairman’s award from Clean Harbors Solids control division for having ZERO recordable incidents for areas of Texas, Oklahoma, Wyoming, and Colorado.
