As a manager, I have a clear goal and am committed to making things better in order to have a positive effect on the business. I know a lot about business and finance because I am a leader and good at solving problems. Also, I'm very good at keeping teams motivated to reach both business and performance goals. In a retail setting, I learned how to provide excellent customer service and communicate well. Flexible and able to pick up new systems and processes quickly. Trying to use these strengths to move into a new field and do well in a variety of roles.
