  • Started as a C-level tech for the first year, handling all PDI and basic customer needs, from service to minor inspections and runability concerns, to electrical concerns.
  • In 2014, I was moved to the front line where I earned the title of lead service advisor and led the service counter for the next 3 years.
  • In 2017, I moved back to a tech spot once we had an opening, and was quickly recognized for the quality of work that I performed.
  • Mainly handled all SXS and PWC service and repairs.
  • I also performed on-road and off-road service and repairs on street bikes, dirt bikes, ATVs, Spyder, and Ryker.
  • 2022 was chosen to be the service manager. Held that position until November 2023.
  • November 2023 to recent, moved to a shop foreman position. Monitored all service work and helped all techs as needed.
