  • As a Dispatcher it was my job to take calls for the tech we had in the field, and help them with jobs that needed to be moved around or added to there day.
  • I would come in morning and route all the jobs we had to different tech in Texas while making there routes more efficient.
  • I also spent some of the day calling customers to pull forward jobs to fill the day when work was needed.
  • I spent a few months with the CSG team to developing better software.
  • Once we got the software update i was giving the job of training the the whole company on how to use it.
  • Directed dispatching, routing, and tracking of 150 fleet vehicles.

  • I took call from customer that was having internet issue or outages.
  • It was my job to get them back online and surfing the web again.
  • Also at my tenured with rise broadband.
  • With my duty a mentor to the new hires, teaching is my passion.
  • As i have been a T2 agent i was able to help new people with learning and understand what they are looking at, and helping them grown into superstars.
  • Teaching is something that give me a reason to want to get up and go to work everyday.
  • Also my time in T2 i had to work on APs and reload people to better frequencies and area witch they lived in.
  • Had when one of our APs went down i was able to remote into the ap and work on it with the team to get it back up and running.
  • I mainly worked on chat with other people in t2 not so much on the phones.
  • I have since moved up with rise and now work in Dispatching.
