Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Licensing Specialist II

• This position required quality customer service, knowledge of pest control licensing, and prompt/timely response regarding emailed and mailed certificates / pesticide licenses.
• strong attention to detail regarding all mailed in payments / filing of payments that are saved to our "batch" of payments.

Zina Flight - Quality Inspector / shipping and receiving

• Inspect aircraft parts, making sure they meet quality standards.
• Handle all orders / parts that have been sold and package / scan to have them picked up by mail carrier to ship parts.

• Working for Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, my responsibilities included answering 70-90 calls a day, assisting customers with issues regarding vehicle registration and titling of their vehicles. All calls were graded so exceptional customer service is always expected.
• These issues range from renewing vehicle registration, transferring vehicle titles and replacing lost titles.

Tesla - Assembly

• As an assembly line employee of the Tesla Gigafactory I assembled the chassis of the Tesla model Y vehicles using multiple different power tools
• This position requires very close attention to detail, as all vehicles are thoroughly inspected and passed through quality inspection.
• The smallest error could cost several thousands of dollars and vehicles could be scrapped from production as a whole, costing the company hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Conduent - Customer Service Representative

• As a Customer Service Representative for Conduent I worked for two toll road agencies under contract
• One agency being TxTag, a toll road agency out of Austin Texas and another toll agency out of the Bay area of California called FasTrak toll road agency
• Both jobs included assisting customers with over the phone payments for toll bills, accepting card information, disputing toll bills which were billed in error, updating toll accounts with new card information, vehicle information and address changes
• All calls were monitored and graded for this job, exceptional customer service was always held at a high standard
• Worked for two toll road agencies under contract

• Working as a manufacturer for Flextronics my job was focused around anodizing computer housings for Apple
• This job required very close attention to detail as the smallest coloring error could scrap a whole load of 32 computer housings which could cost the company thousands of dollars
• My position included recipes being entered into a computer which controlled a large robot that would dip the computer housings into several different solutions
• Once finished, I would move the rack over to our Quality Inspection station
