I grew up in Alaska since I was 3 and currently am living in this state town Wasilla. I’m driven and dependable Walmart employee. I started as a stocking associate, I was a team player, was given many task in which I completed them quickly and in timely manner. I took over the team many times when our team lead was absent or when he had other tasks to do.I was recognized as a good leader and was promoted the same year as a stocking team lead. As a team lead I prioritized in handling a big team, unloading the trucks on time, stocking product, making sure that we meet our store metrics and cleaning up the store at the end of the night. I’m a Dynamic leader with a proven track record at Walmart, excelling in team supervision and employee engagement. Skilled in conflict resolution and performance monitoring, I've successfully fostered a culture of excellence and teamwork. My strategic planning abilities have significantly enhanced team productivity and efficiency, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and employee development.

I grew up around construction work and mechanical work. I took some part-time jobs on construction site, worked mostly with relatives, have a little bit of experience in construction.
