• Responsible for building Wholesale Sales department recruiting in Key markets throughout the country
• Finance of America Mortgage, Production
• Responsibilities include P&L for Wholesale / NDC Operations, currently working with Capital Markets, Risk Management / Product development, marketing along with IT to insure FAM is competitive and profitable in the TPO / NDC market
• Blackstone also purchased 3 other Mortgage Companies and assigned one of those to take over Wholesale which eliminated my position along with a majority of my AE’s due to overlap of management and accounts.

• SVP National Wholesale Production
• Oversee all Wholesale / NDC production, brought production from $100 million to over $400 million in less than 6 months, company was sold to Blackstone Group.

• Western Region Production
• Wholesale Mortgage Banking, Recruit and Manage Sales Staff for the PNW and California
• Brought funding’s from 0 to $1.2 billion a month in less than 1 year selling only Fannie Mae products.

• Hired to expand PMAC wholesale foot print on West Coast including Hawaii, Starting in San Diego working up to the PNW, duties include recruiting sales staff, training , developing broker base in target areas and overall managing of sale production for my group
• Company sold to a Korean Bank.

• Expanded wholesale business for SNMC to the Pacific Northwest, opened first full service office in Bend Oregon, followed by offices in Portland Oregon, Seattle Washington, Boise Idaho and Kailua Hawaii
• As one of three Regional Managers for the Company, I also worked with Branches in Northern / Southern California, Kansas, Indiana and Florida
• Other duties were management of Retail Loan Officers working out of all SNMC wholesale branches.

• Started small wholesale / retail operation, with offices in Oregon and Hawaii
• Merged my office with Security National Mortgage.

• Wholesale Mortgage Banker based out of Bend Oregon with offices in Orange County California, Honolulu Hawaii and Houston Texas, specialized in Super Jumbo and Subprime loans, over $1 Million, went after this small niche market in Resort areas throughout the U.S.

• Originated Conforming and Government Loans.

• Real Estate Investments, purchased and sold properties, managed rentals.

• Opened satellite branch in Sunriver Oregon, originated and processed mainly vacation and non owner properties in Central Oregon for out of State Borrowers.

• Created maintenance business for 1 hr Photo labs, serviced, developed and sold new line of chemicals and optical lenses for photo machines, trained national team of technical staff to service photo labs
• Sold business in 1985.

• Set up 1 hour photo labs throughout the USA For the manufacturer out of Japan, trained owners in the operation and maintenance of photo machines.

• Listed and sold Residential properties in San Diego Beach Towns.
