Managed three programs across Navigation, Legal, and Training departments. Scheduled schooling and training for over 65 people. Coordinated with over 14 different entities to create training schedule to get ship certified for deployment overseas. Reported directly to CEO for all legal matters and led organization's military justice program to ensure good order and discipline. Created all navigation plans independently and provided guidance to the CEO to ensure safe passage of a one-billion-dollar warship.

• Created plan to sail ship from Seattle, WA to San Diego, CA during the winter that started $70M availability on time and saved the Navy millions in cost overruns.
• Reestablished the Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure program from nothing to 100% compliance within one week when previous efforts had failed after several months.
• Scheduled and oversaw the completion of over 70 certification events for the organization.
• Achieved above average scores of 100%, 96%, and 88% across Navigation, Training, and Legal programs during assessments.
• Crafted unique plan to get ship certified for live gunnery exercises despite not having prerequisite items and not even having a ship.

Managed 36 Sailors that ensured all portable and installed damage control equipment remained operational. Supervised all work done in two main engine rooms and three auxiliary rooms to ensure ship could continue operating. Promoted to Assistant Department Supervisor that directly managed 76 Enlisted Sailors and 4 officers in the Engineering Department. Ensured the ship had all ordnance on board and managed 11 separate programs to meet all laws and regulations regarding its use, maintenance, and storage. Created monthly accounting reports for $50K in funds for ship's Morale, Welfare, and Recreation fund.

• Personally saved the ship by identifying unique part needed to fix engine shaft that no one could identify and got ship back to sea in less than 26 hours.
• Tracked down repair parts for seven equipment failures across four weapon systems on board that corrected all issues and scored a 100% during a Congressional inspection.
• Assisted Department Lead in correcting over 250 equipment failures during a shortened maintenance availability.
• Procured and managed over $250M worth of ordnance for a fully armed warship.
• Scored 86% on the Explosive Safety Inspection mandated by Congress and personally corrected over 100 discrepancies to do so.
• Achieved score of 92% on Morale, Welfare, and Recreation accounting audit

Creates content for YouTube Channels, blogs, and websites for consumption by general public. Assists companies and individuals to generate ad revenue through Google Ads, YouTube ads, and sponsorships. Writes both long and short form scripts and articles for consumption by adult audience whose primary demographic is young men aged 18-34.

• Written content for numerous large brands that has been read or viewed by more than 30 million people across the Infographics Show, The Military Show, Dr. No Sleep, Tank Historia, and Serial Killer Documentaries.
• Saved struggling YouTube channel through new content creation campaign that increased subscriber count almost 300% in 10 months and increased viewer count from just a few thousand per video to over 100,000 per video.
