  • Led a team of 5 supervisors and 35 craft personnel overseeing work schedules, budgets, work control, performance and schedule adherence for preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Guided the team through change management when absorbing the test and performance group into the Electrical Maintenance Group. Provided for a smooth transition, retention of all employees and realized efficiencies while cross-training and re-skilling.
