● Receives deposits and ensures that all accounts are properly processed; receives and processes stop payments.
● Processes wire transfer request, address changes, check and deposit slip orders, ATM/Debit Card requests; scan all documents and save in the designated location; prepares correspondence to customers.
● Answers telephone and emails from customers; answers the questions or direct customer to appropriate team associate. Resolves customers complaints tactful, effective manner, and explain Bank 34 policies.
● Performance and Compliance with assigned responsibilities mandated by the Bank Secrecy Act/ USA Patriot Act/OFAC, Information Security and Anti-money Laundering Regulations.
