I am a Project Manager and owner of this business. I submit bid requests to my sub-contractors and then when I receive them back I send the bid forward to the company requesting the bid. I also run the daily operation of the business. When I am awarded the contract I see place a PO with the appropriate sub-contractor and monitor the progress of the project. Once the order is complete and shipped to the customer I invoice the customer for the work performed, than when I am paid I pay the sub contractor. Non of this activity has occurred yet. It is the bossiness model.

I suffering from Injuries I sustained while on active duty in the US ARMY . The tonic conic seizures had increased in frequency so I went to the VA for treatment. It took a lot of rehab and getting my medication worked out, but now I am able to work again.

I managed projects for Oil field companies and placed the work in cnc machine shops in the northern states where the shops were not very busy and manged the work effectively for the oil field companies.

I sold and serviced EDGECAM CAD/CAM System for Pathtrace Systems Inc. I had one employee working under me who helped me by writing post processors.

Wrote CNC programs for CNC machines and trained and supervised employees in my department. During this time I was also in the TEXAS National Guard and I finished serving my 20 years,

• Rendered zones safer for troops by sweeping for and removing mines.
• Provided current weapons systems training to incoming soldiers to maintain combat readiness.
• Conducted reconnaissance operations for planned operations and general intelligence gathering.

• Ran heavy duty lathes, boring machines, mills, planers and grinders to craft products.
• Studied daily work instruction, sketches, drawings, blueprints and manuals to determine dimensions and tolerances accurately.
• Used CNC and manual equipment to perform both initial and final machining.
• Completed projects on time and under budget and maintained equipment and tools.
• Assessed equipment after each production run and performed preventive maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
• Adjusted machines to increase productivity for runs.
• Obtained blueprints and support materials from suppliers and engineers.
• Calibrated machines to maintain required productivity levels and adherence to quality standards.
• Assembled and set various boring, slotting and turning heads.
