I left because the owner broke confidence with me. I told him about an employee that I didn't feel comfortable with and that others had confidentially with me expressed their disrespect for. The owner told the employee I said that about him. IMMEDIATE DISCOMFORT AT WORK. The employee then went around to others and asked if they liked him and would be willing to tell the owner Michelle is wrong. I feel sick that He put inappropriate pressure and stress on others. I am saddened that he did that.

It didn't go over well because that employee is his best friend.
