- Collaborated with senior management to develop strategic initiatives and long term goals.
- Assisted in the coordination of two trust accounting system conversions – from SunGard Charlotte to FIS TrustDesk in 2012 and from FIS TrustDesk to Accutech Cheetah in 2023.
- Worked in an outsourcing environment for trust operations for the past 8 years. Was one of two liaisons between the outsourcing group and the trust administrators and internal investment managers.
- Worked remotely from March 2020 – April 2024. Excellent time management and independent working skills. Self-motivated and excellent at managing multiple tasks and projects.
- Processed all trust fees – charged and invoiced monthly. Built and maintained all fee schedules, including complex, specialized Employee Benefit schedules. Manually calculated fees, as needed. Monitored outstanding fees to ensure timing collection.
- Settled all trades for securities – including equities, fixed income, mutual funds and call and put options. Worked closely with multiple brokers and outside investment managers to ensure timely settlement of trades.
- Assisted in the filing of taxes for forms 1098, 1099R, 1099 and 1041. Handled completion of K-1 forms for limited partnerships.
- Additional responsibilities included voluntary corporate action notifications, monitoring shadow accounts, tracking funds to be escheated, and providing back-up to all other operational functions, such as daily DDA reconciliations and ACH and wire processing.
- Provided all operational support to an RIA that utilized SS&C EZE Portfolio Management software. Daily duties included but were not limited to daily reconciliation of all accounts, posting of transactions, trade settlement of equities, fixed income, mutual funds and put and call options with multiple custodians (Morgan Stanley, Charles Schwab etc.), and troubleshooting of most system issues.
