· Maintaining employee records and HR files (digital and physical)
· Preparing, organizing, and updating HR documentation
· Assisting with onboarding and offboarding paperwork
· Managing incoming calls, emails, and HR inquiries
· Assisting with maintaining compliance records (I-9s, certifications, trainings)
· Assisting employees with completing forms (benefits enrollment, leave requests, etc.)
· Entering and updating employee data in HR systems (e.g., ADP, MIP, etc.)
• Coordinator for a Drug Free Transportation Alliance Random Drug and Alcohol program for both federally regulated DOT employers and Non-DOT. Create and maintain accounts for two occupational health clinics. Communicate and address the needs of employers.
