I travel between assigned properties to provide maintenance support and coverage as needed. I supervise and assist maintenance staff to ensure the timely completion of work orders and unit turns, and I perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. I also assist with inspections, identify maintenance needs, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with contractors and vendors, and provide training and guidance to onsite maintenance teams as needed.

Maintenance Manager for a brand new 278-unit property. Interview, hire and train all maintenance staff, schedule and monitor preventative maintenance and apartments turns and assist with repairs as needed. Assists maintenance staff in diagnosing problems and repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing swimming pool, carpentry, dry walling exterior structural and appliances as needed.
