  • Enhanced customer satisfaction by resolving Gateway issues in a timely manner and providing exceptional support to Squad.
  • Coordinate the smooth flow of logistics activities including transportation arrangements, customs clearance documentation, exams, the transfer of containers from one mode of transportation to another, and removing container holds among other things.
  • Communicated daily with different internal and external teams to ensure the steady movement of containers. Some of these teams include Customs, Squad, and Accounts Payable (internal teams). Truckers, terminals, carriers, and customs exam sites (external teams)
  • Paid fees daily to include CTF, TMF, and gate fees, then made the proper team members aware so they could be passed on to the client. Also paid exam fees, storage, and demurrage when necessary. All this while also providing receipts and invoices to squad to provide for the client.
