I was the owner of R&I Construction LLC. I focused a lot of my time in Framing commercial building, such as hotels or apartment complex. I i would manage materials, set schedules, run heavy machinery such as tele handlers, i would also manage anywhere between 15-25 guys at a time. I would also QC (quality control) my guys work before inspections.

Working for IRC Framing i started as a labor, But i was motivated to be more then just a labor. After a few months i moved up into being a (gun man) building walls with a labor of my own. I wanted to be more then that, so i ask to be taught more. i learned how to build stairs, also how to snap lines to indicate where walls needed to be build according to structural plans. Doing this i got the experience i need to run my own crew, and was giving the opportunity to do so. So i ran a 8 man crew for IRC Framing for a while.

I started working for cretex threw a staff agency. I was a labor building steel cages for the concrete walls. I was required by the staffing agency to work a minimum of 3 months before being hired full time by the company. The plant manager wanted to hire me before my 3 months due to my work ethic. As soon as i was hired on, the manager bumped me up to machine operator. i was producing the same amount as the old machine operator in half the time. After machine operator he promoted me to Mixer operator where i was in chare of making sure all concrete came out at its highest quality, also i was in charge of ordering and receiving materials such as sands, rock, and concrete. another duty was inputting data into the computer of all previous materials used.
