- As a Liaison, I not only introduced new products but was also instrumental in working with various areas at our Corporate office with the development of new product lines. Several products I had extensive involvement with the development and introduction include Long Term Care, Short and Long Term Disability and Universal Life.
- To help our agents drive results, we would often present various seminars, mainly Long Term Care and Disability to groups of clients explaining the value of policies and the coverages. The seminars would include examples of how the various product coverages work in real life situations, answering questions and helping client feel comfortable about the products.
