-Meeting Daily with the Property Manager and Maintenance Director to report on daily activity as well as ongoing capital projects and necessary maintenance to units and grounds.

-Completed residential renovation projects of all sizes and scopes.

-Managed a crew of up to 6 people.

-Utilized 25+ years of experience in skilled trades to design, estimate, plan and complete projects on budget and in a timely manner.

-Scheduled and oversaw sub-contractors.

-Ordered materials and found best pricing to ensure projects stay on or below budget.

-Mentored and trained laborers and skilled contractors to efficiently complete projects.
