Management of day to day servicing of assigned book of business including but not limited to:

Keeping track of renewal dates and ensure policies are reviewed, updated, marketed in a timely manner.

Presenting renewal options to client and explaining detailed policy concepts in easy-to-understand terms.

Review insurance binders and policies for accuracy, and prepare confirmations of coverage and invoices to the client.

Manage the midterm policy changes on accounts and issue certificates and endorsements as needed.

Comply with audit requests and assist in obtaining any additional premium.

Timely and accurate reporting of claims which can include; reporting matters to applicable carriers, coordinate carrier communication, evaluation of coverage and guidance to insured throughout the claim process.
