- Ensure fresh top quality product is stocked and displayed in a neat and aesthetic manner to maximize appeal and customer experience

- Present customers with premium customer service, making meaningful connections with the customers and creating a positive social experience for them

- Maintain the department in cleanliness and monitor for any slipping or tripping hazards.

- Efficiently train new team members on techniques and the duties that we have in a positive and helpful manner

- Cleaning and maintaining the fresh squeezed orange juice machine in a timely manner, diagnosing any problems with the hardware if needed and finding resolutions for any issues.

- Opening and closing the shop, verifying that all procedures are done correctly to ensure that the department is prepared and set up for success.

- Assist in the organization and assembly of the event, setting up chairs and computers

- Check the guests and presenters in to the event, certifying that all COVID-19 protocols were being followed

- Hand out drinks and organize the display of the complimentary drinks table

- Provided care and entertainment for pets, including pets with special needs

- Ensured that medication was administered as prescribed to the special needs pets
