- Recruited by owner of Cigarette to create and develop new startup company, Cigarette Racing Parts & Services, a separate entity within The OEM Cigarette Racing Team company.
- Developed facility, offices, service department and tools and parts department including fixtures and inventory management system.
- Obtained and maintained Mercury Marine parts, warranty, engine sales and service Dealership.
- Developed and implemented Dealer management Software program, ADP light speed.
- Obtained credit card processing merchant services and integrated into software program.
- This was all completed March of 2022 and facility become operational.
- Assist current Cigarette Boat owners with customer service, support, documentation. parts and accessories.
- Administer, track and maintain reporting of factory warranty issues and accounting for Parts furnished by OEM company.
- Set up and maintain vendor relationships.
- Hire and oversee staff.
- Perform all bookkeeping functions including A/R, A/P, daily cash management including sales reconciliation and balancing of company checking account and debit cards.
- Financial reporting and forecasting.
- Developed web page-www.cigaretteracingsupport.
- Personally handled parts sales, maintaining and growing customer base.
- Acquired extensive knowledge of OEM Boat Manufacturing and operation.
