• Chosen for 2-year plan out of 99 Regional Managers to launch and lead in 2 pilot programs that implemented new sales support concept "The Experience". Impacted revenues for over 3000 stores and was deemed highly successful and adopted for use companywide.
• Selected by RVP to elevate the company's non-profit organization, Onesight, as the ambassador to assist in growth and model the culture. Spearheaded fundraising event, in one night that generated over $56,000 in contributions to provide eye wear.
