Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators, as well as meet or exceed sales goals for the store by floor coaching & outreach. Recruit, hire and develop a team of effective Sales Associates and train team members on Metro by T-Mobile systems, products, plans and promotions. Maintain a neat, clean organized store environment at all times. Responsible for the overall productivity results in the store.

The Lead Sales Associate helps maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. Assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise. Other duties include; operating a cash register, stocking and recovering merchandise, cleaning the store, and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets. Lead Sales Associates perform the duties of a Sales Associate and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Completes all member service representative transactions utilizing GECU service standards consistently in a branch environment or through our interactive teller machines to include posting withdrawals, loan payments, deposits, line of credit advances, etc. Runs partial bank deposits, balance drawer and ITMs at the end of shift. Creates opportunities to cross sell all credit union products and services to assist members in determining their financial needs and to ensure individual and credit union goals are consistently met. Good understanding of check negotiation and placement of check holds in order to mitigate check fraud losses.

- With responsibilities focused on serving customers effectively, employees working as customer service representatives regularly interact with consumers, assist in making selections, and restock merchandise. Other duties may include operating registers, taking accurate inventory, and unloading shipments from trucks. Employees also may need to perform daily cleaning, sweeping, and mopping. Additionally, workers must adhere to state and federal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol and tobacco.

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
