Assist all individuals with information regarding their cases either on the phone or in person. Collect payments on cases. Complete quality check on priority documents as well as help with special projects in quality checking. Assist record dept with Brady's/record requests, and any other projects I can help with. Provide info and direction to all people who come to our info window. Completed any civil traffic hearings that are able to be held a the window by reviewing given information from the defendants. Help and Assist my fellow coworkers with anything I am able to. Given Court tours when asked. Help with training new employees in various areas of Customer Service.
