  • Currently the Clinic Operations Manager for Providence Urology since April 2018, Vascular Surgery since 2024 and Interim Manager for Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine. Clinic Supervisor then Manager for Women's Health Services of Olympia, Urology and General Surgery from April 2018 - April 2019. Lead Pulmonary Technician for PMG Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine from 2005 to April 2018. Performed Pulmonary Function Testing on patient for 7 providers and 2 Nurse Practitioners. Assisting with patient referrals, preparing patient charts and continuum of care. Trained staff to do pulmonary function testing and spirometry from our clinic, other clinics within the Swedish and PMG system. Developed training manuals and workflows for effective testing, making sure the patient experience optimal experiences during testing and getting optimal patient results. Served as the Clinical Nursing Coordinator for 4 years which consisted of staffing, payroll, scheduling and any extracurricular enrichment for my team. Work closely with the office manager and front office supervisor to achieve great productivity and practice growth. I have assisted with staff interviews and staff meetings for clinical development and improvements. Worked in Medical Records management and effectively fluent in HIPAA rules and regulations.
