• Implement a friendly greeting and genuine interest in customers' well-being, enhancing their overall dining experience.
• Demonstrate consistent empathy and patience in all interactions with colleagues and customers, recognizing that personal circumstances may impact their behavior.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while processing customer orders in the POS system.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders from the kitchen.
• Consistently prioritize acknowledging guests' departure by personally bidding them farewell at their table or as they left the restaurant.
