  • Planned event layout / footprint with MCAS Beaufort Airfield Manager and Public Works in order to provide detailed maps and instructions to all set up personnel.
  • Generated CAD models of all paid / VIP seating areas for vendors and base personnel to aid in set-up.
  • Reviewed all Sponsorship / Advertising Agreements for ensure that MCCS - SC and the sponsor / vendor were meeting the agreed upon terms of each contract.
  • Worked with concessionaire vendor, MCCS Volunteer Coordinator and Base Operations to solidify total number of volunteers needed for all areas of the show.
  • Identified and purchased all supplies needed for use during show.
  • Created and maintained Excel workbooks to track all performer, static and vendor needs prior to and upon arrival. These needs included; number of hotel rooms needed and number of nights staying, number of rental cars needed and amount of fuel / oil needed throughout show dates.
