• Led and managed logistics operations globally for the Feed Division, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of compliance and material flow from NA to APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.

Responsible for the execution of the South-East Regions’ strategic ocean plan, and the day-to-day tactical operation of DHL Global Forwarding Ocean product to ensure financial goals, service objectives, and organizational effectiveness were achieved. Managed and led a team of seven Ocean Freight Specialists.

Led all activities of the Global Ocean Solutions team to ensure competitive rates and consistent, high-level service quality in keeping with the overall global ocean core carrier strategy; ensured compliance with all company policies and procedures. Managed a staff of eight ocean analysts.

Interfaced with Project Managers for the preparation and completion of International Freight Services (Air, Ocean, Customs Brokerage, Ground, Parcel, and Supplier Management) Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs).
