I work with disability and autistic clients everyday in the community. It’s a community-based program. Family-owned business working everyday 24/7.

I worked in office on paperwork for airlines like emirates and learning the everyday process and data collected for their flights. I worked with other employees on learning the different techniques and computer complexes. I also worked outside in the warehouse, getting forklift certified and learning the ins & outs of the warehouse. I worked along side customs officers and learning the CBP way of things. We would pack packages and move certain freight to certain locations for inspections. We would take inventory on freight countlessly everyday.

I worked at the counter first learning the process for receiving freight by trucks and trains. I learned customer service skills with customers and working with airwaybills for airline cargo. I moved up to a planner. I coordinated freight on airplanes for flights on American Airlines. I worked as a Narrow Body planner for international flights at first then moved to the bigger flights like LHR, MAD,AKL. Also, learning Narrowbody for domestic flights. I then cross-trained and learned manifesting flights with our SABRE team.
