• Oversee daily and long-term clinical staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage across all services.
• Coordinate and manage the educational curriculum, including daily didactic sessions, weekly academic conferences, journal clubs, and overhauling the POCUS curriculum.
• Serve as a liaison between residents and program administration.
• Lead administrative initiatives and implement policy changes aimed at enhancing workflow efficiency, resident wellness, and overall program effectiveness.
• Facilitate orientation programs to guide incoming interns and junior residents into their clinical roles.
• Provide mentorship, conflict resolution, and leadership support for over 70 residents across various levels of training.
