• Organize and facilitate regular scrum meetings to ensure team productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and business users to define product features.
• Develops product roadmap and managed the lifecycle of products from conception to launch.
• Supports developers through sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos.
• Monitors progress against goals using appropriate metrics such as velocity charts, burndown charts.
• Maintain a clear vision of the product by regularly communicating updates across departments.
• Collaborate with design team to come up with product look.
• Oversee team resources and allocated assignments.

Projects :

• Aladdin Implementation : as Front office Product Owner to look at current state Portfolio management system and convert into Future State Aladdin product. Also identify workflow gap and proposing and implementing solutions to close those gaps.
• Portfolio Modeling and Targeting System : Successfully implemented a comprehensive Target management system for Generalist, Rates, Credit and Securitized desk. User can enter Target at strategy level, override target at portfolio level. System provides functionality for derived and implied target. System also provide bench relative calculated target that can be used in different Portfolio vs Target monitoring tools.
• FX Hedge Monitor : Worked with Rates Desk to design and implemented FX Hedge ratio monitor and provide user the capability to generate trade to get back to target. The System also provided functionality to hedge non USD denominated bonds hedging and FX Hedge roll.
• TCW Investment Guideline Repository : Worked as a Product Owner and successfully implemented a guideline repository system where guideline information from IMA can be entered in a structured way and stored in database for automated guideline report or to be used in Trading system for what-if scenario analysis or for Compliance rule check.
• Credit Home Page : Worked as Product Owner to successfully implement and enhance Credit Home Page for Credit desk for their beginning of day view of the Credit assets across all TCW accounts against Target CTSD and Market value. ( from the target system). User have the capability to drill down to a single portfolio for more detail analysis at the Ticker level against Target or Benchmark. User can also perform trend analysis of a single portfolio for a specific periods.
• Automate daily/monthly Pricing process: Worked as a Product Owner to design and implement application to manage daily/monthly pricing for all Fixed income asset class. Worked with IDC and Bloomberg to move pricing from Refinitive. The daily pricing was for about 20k held securities and also the monthly process where we can provide user the override to pick a pricing vendor (IDC, Bloomberg) or enter ME Price manually and persist data for all system to use. Process fully automated to send and receive price from vendor and go through pricing waterfall method to assign daily price for each assets.
