• My responsibility for this position was helping customers place order over the phone giving out ETA times for one order will arrive connecting with the store about customers orders and dashers .

My responsibility working at roadside assistance was providing emergency roadside set up a one way tow, flat tire service, lockout service and etc providing location spotting and data entry daily to locate customers and they

disable vehicle. Providing ETA times for when service provider would be dispatch, dispatch and service providers and negotiating prices with service providers.

• I was responsible for greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script answering telephonic and e-mail inquiries in a timely manner .Finishing-members health care plans with details regarding members health insurance numbers and supply

• As an assistant teacher, I was responsible for executing daily lesson plans, engage children in activities, and provide daily reports to students' parents . Teaching students variety of activities in language, arts, music, reading, and life skills, lunch time, snack time, recess, and nap times also changing diapers and assisting with potty training.

• As a McDonalds Crew member I was responsible for preparing food at the front counter helping customers through the ordering process , operating a cash register, running the drive-thru, cooking Big Macs and other menu items, cleaning the restaurant, and completing other assigned tasks.
