I ensure aisles are stocked and ready for customers by unloading trucks using conveyors, manual pallet jacks, forklifts, etc., and then placing product on the shelves and in storage overhead until needed. As well as providing excellent customer service.

Duties included:

*Interaction with potential clients to verify background, confidential medical history, and various other data points in order to bind insurance policies on behalf of the consumer.

*Confirmation of the validity of data input into the corporate underwriting system on the request of clients.

*Intensive interaction between the customers and agents, many times acting as an intermediary between both parties

*Transportation of common materials between loading facility and airplanes at DFW Airport

*At times, tasks included the special handling and care of Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Agents (NBC).

*Verification of the integrity of loading and unloading equipment onto aircraft, which includes the maintenance, proper tie-down, and loading of equipment onto aircraft
