- Served as the Project Leader in upgrading WIC’s Pin Pads and Signature Pads software used by 10 WIC staff in 4 different WIC offices and trained the users on how to use the hardware
- Currently serves the primary contact in support both Pin Pads and Signature Pads
- Serve as a primary person in receiving back-up tapes from Information Technology Department and sending the tapes off-site to DataSafe
- Involved in deploying 350 monitors to PH staff and installing docking stations
- Prepare desktops, laptops, monitors and other hardware to be salvaged and serve as the primary contact in sending the equipment to GSA Property and Salvage Department
