- I welcomed guests with a warm African greeting and directed them to the front desk for check ins.
- I gave minimum 1 to maximum 10 people art tours of the various cultural African artifacts and artwork, which Disney showcases in the Lobby. Fun fact, Disney possesses the most authentic artifacts outside of Africa.
- I would create fun memories with children as young as 2 and elderly of 82, on the floor by doing medallion rubbings of African animals.
- I would engage in conversations by exchanging the richness and cultural differences, customs, traditions, lifestyles, and many more through story telling.
