Working at restaurants for so long has given me the privilege to provide personal service to build relationships with the customers. Knowing them all by name and making sure that all the customers are satisfied and pleased as they experienced their dine-in was my goal and to greet the customers as they came in: always provided menus, assisted in seating our customers and I would always check back with the customers through-out their meal making sure that they were satisfied. By making sure that their beverages were filled when necessary and answering questions about menu items, ingredients and the pricing I would make sales that would profit the company keeping in mind that It's always important to communicate the daily specials to our customers and any other up-sales that could benefit our profits as well as making our customers very happy and satisfied because they are the reasons we are open so we always want them to come back.
