My first position as a claims technician was in the First Call Unit which there I helped with setting the claim by making a three point contact (employer, injured and medical facility). Next step was as a pre-mod adjuster. I would adjust disability and non-disability cases. Managed a caseload of 120 disability and 100 non-disability cases clients.
