I Pick Customer Orders that come through the system. Each order is in a pod that is out on the robotic floor, I pick orders from the bin that lights up near me. I am a Pick Learning Ambassador that works towards helping cross trainers and/or new hires learn what we do and how we work. Learning Ambassadors are people that lead small training classes when asked to do so, by the head of the learning team. I work up to 10 or 11 hour shifts for 4 consecutive days which are Wednesday through Saturday.

• Helped large volume of customers every day with positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Actively listened to customers, handled concerns quickly and escalated major issues to supervisor.
• Answered customer telephone calls promptly to avoid on-hold wait times.
• Offered advice and assistance to customers, paying attention to special needs or wants.
• Helped the store with retrieving carts and assisting co-workers with bagging groceries.
