Coram Fire Department Chiefs Award

When I volunteered at C.F.D. I showed initiative by trying to learn as much as I can. This included showing up to both my own and other company's drills, as well as going to classes neighboring departments held, while also  taking classes at the Yaphank academy. On top of this I was initially sworn into a company that rarely responded to calls, I however, would eagerly ride with another company in order to get the hands on experience I knew I needed. The chiefs saw how driven I was and awarded me a recognition for my dedicated service.
