tobacco-related advertisements, capturing screenshots of relevant advertisements and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies. Additionally I uploaded these documents into the company's database for further review.

Provide training for specialists on different projects, expectations & goals. Coordinate with fellow leadership in planning for how to exceed goals and organize bandwidth as well as communicating current progress on projects. Attending 1-on-1’s with my leadership group to find and fill any gaps in communication, focus & understanding. Dividing up-to 120 specialists into different project groups as needed to complete tasks/sheets. Use google sheets formulas to set up sheets correctly, protect sheets to reduce room for error & creating a reporting tab for specialists to have continual visuals on their performance.

Maintain tenant satisfaction, assist prospects with purchasing a unit, and assist tenants in any sort of crisis. Properly train newly hired/promoted team members. Provide weekly feedback to build skills for new team members. Remotely manage over 40 locations, notate changes for each location, and produce solutions to a variety of problems for tenants.

I worked diligently to ensure sales records were either met or exceeded. I trained new employees and coached a team of up to 6 individuals.
