LLM Proof-Of-Concept Rollout

Managed a team of business owners to implement a proof-of-concept (POC) training solution driven by a Large-language-model (LLM) technology. Application consolidated course material and SOPs into a repository that the LLM could reference and provide responses to trainees to use in an operational setting.

Infectious Disease Market Rollout Program

Program Manager and analyst for creating a new product market for Aegis Sciences utilizing instrumentation resources and capacity gained from COVID-19 testing growth. Duties involved researching and learning clinically appropriate product strategy, sourcing and consulting with subject matter expertise, working with lab personnel to validate the chosen infectious disease tests, creating a sales go-to-market strategy, and working with the team to create a comprehensive suite of marketing materials and sales training for the new product.

COVID-19 Lab Buildout & Data Management Program

Helped Aegis expand their molecular lab to accommodate 130,000 COVID-19 samples, build out the technology infrastructure to handle a 2700% daily data accumulation increase, and build COVID-19 positive and NGS COVID-19 variant sequencing reporting services to assist with the national pandemic response.

Aegis Atlassian Suite Design & Buildout

Built out Aegis’s Jira environment including Project Management site templates, PMO driven automations to drive executive reporting, and automated status reporting through confluence. Designed and implemented a full Change Advisory Board process through Atlassian’s Service Management product.

Web Application for International Insurance Provider

Primary analyst and scrum master for a web application built for an international insurance client. Web and Phone application was built to service insurance agents in multiple countries to allow account setup & management, facilitate user payments, and enable field agent premium collections.

Forecast Automation Data Analysis and Machine Learning Algorithm Tool

Led team creating a revenue forecasting tool for a Fortune 100 global Healthcare Data and Financial Services client. Worked closely with stakeholders to collect relevant project data and led the team to identify key variables in the monthly invoicing process to implement an accurate forecasting methodology. Through an iterative approach the algorithm is now able to take daily transaction data and accurately forecast the monthly revenue within a 1% accuracy by day 10 of each month.

Data Analytics Platform and Reporting Dashboard Program

Led an agile team using scrum to develop a data warehouse and web platform for a nationwide Orthodontic provider. Worked with stakeholders to identify data trends across all locations and to analyze the clinic level workflows for improvement opportunities. Leveraged Six Sigma methods to review operational processes, identify relevant macro variables, and work with individual locations to apply operational changes to ensure maximum efficacy of process improvements.
