Border Security: Plays a crucial role in safeguarding the borders of the United States against illegal immigration, smuggling, and other illicit activities. This includes patrolling land, air, and sea borders to prevent unauthorized entry and conducting inspections at ports of entry to intercept contraband and unauthorized individuals.

Customs Enforcement: Responsible for enforcing customs laws and regulations to facilitate the lawful movement of goods across U.S. borders. This involves inspecting cargo, enforcing trade laws, and collecting duties and taxes on imported goods to ensure compliance with U.S. trade regulations.

• Intercept and process violations (fraudulent documents, imposters, Oral False claims to USC, Document False claims to USC and other forms of adverse actions).
• Properly applied INA, Title 19, Title 42 and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to process cases in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct in depth interviews to obtain pertinent information and identify inconsistencies/deception.
• Evaluate cases that include Expedited Removals (ER's), Withdrawals (WD's), Notice to Appear (NTA's), Expedited Removals (ER's) and Expedited Removals Credible Fear (ERCF).
• Utilize analytical skills to assess border security threats, identify patterns, and analyze data related to smuggling activities, illegal border crossings, and security breaches.
• Manage and analyzed large datasets, including passenger manifests, cargo manifests, and intelligence reports, to support decision-making and operational planning.
