Accomplishments
I have been with this company since 2023. I was one of the 6 individuals that was picked from the pharmacy fulfillment side to help launch the Ohio labs. I flew to the Arizona facility twice to observe their compounding techs and see what goes into the life of a compounding tech at Hims. I have been in compounding since day one so I am very familiar with all the equipment, policies, procedures, etc. I have been training new hires for a long time already so I feel like actually receiving the title "trainer" would make me want to just keep climbing and setting more goals for myself within the company. I put my heart and soul into every person I train. I truly love teaching people new things and then watching them excel.
